1. Terms of Use    Poetic Production NYC operates as an independent multimedia brand offering books, merchandise, and digital creative services. All content, poetry, and products are original works by Lucky Goldie. Customers agree not to resell or reproduce materials without permission. By purchasing through this site, you acknowledge our refund and fulfillment policies.

2. Fulfillment Policy  ​ ​All physical orders (books, clothing, and merchandise) are fulfilled directly from our Brooklyn studio or by our verified publishing/distribution partner, IngramSpark. Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Tracking numbers are provided via email. Digital items such as beats or poetry downloads are delivered automatically upon purchase. Each order is handled with care to ensure quality and accuracy.

3. Refund Policy ​ Refunds are only offered for damaged or defective physical items returned within 14 days of delivery. Digital downloads, beats, and custom work are non-refundable. Please contact PoeticProductionNYC@gmail.com for any issues — we’ll review each case individually.
